Double pilot operated check valves series 2CI10T provide pressure holding facility on service ports A1 and B1.
The valve opens and allows free return flow, when the other working port is pressurized.
The valve is not suitable for holding pressure on rod end side of Double acting cylinders , where ratio ( Bore area : Annullus area ) is equal to or greater than 3.5.
Check valve models C*** allow free flow in the direction from Port A to Port B and offer leak free closure in opposite direction.
Two standard mounting styles are avaliable:
- Line mounting C T.
- Subplate mounting C S.
Pilot Operated Check valve models CI allow free flow in the direction from Port A to Port B and offer leak free closure in opposite direction.
Reverse flow can be achieved by applying Pilot pressure to its Port X.
The pilot pressure required at Port X to achieve reverse flow from its closed position can be calculated using the formulae given in the Technical specifications.
Generally, to achieve smooth decompression of oil in a hydraulic actuator prior to reverse flow, it is essential to keep the Pilot pressure as close to the calculated value as possible and the flow controlled.
Modular pilot operated check valves series CIM06 provide pressure holding facility on their service ports A1 and B1.
These valves are also available with pilot check facility on either A or B port. The valve opens and allows free return flow, when the other working port is pressurized.
The valve is not suitable for holding pressure on rod end side of Double acting cylinders, where area ratio ( Bore area : Annulus area ) is equal to or greater than 2.6.
The modular construction facilitates use of these valves in a vertical stack, eliminating need of piping.
The interface confirming to ISO 4401-AB-03-04-A, IS 10187, DIN24340.
Modular pilot operated check valves series CIM10 provide pressure holding facility on their service ports A1 and B1.
These valves are also available with pilot check facility on either A or B port. The valve opens and allows free return flow, when the other working port is pressurized.
The valve is not suitable for holding pressure on rod end side of Double acting cylinders, where area ratio ( Bore area : Annulus area ) is equal to or greater than 3.5
The modular construction facilitates use of these valves in a vertical stack, eliminating need of piping.
The interface confirming to ISO-AC-05-4-A, IS 10187, DIN 24340.
Prefill and Exhaust valves model PV** are seat type check valves, allowing free flow from its port A to port B and leak-free closure in opposite direction. For reverse flow, these valves can be opened by applying pilot pressure to its port X.
The valves are designed for the purpose of pre-filling large cylinders during their rapid approach motions, which are actuated mean like a pair of kicker cylinders or jack up cylinders or by gravitational force.
These valves have very low cracking pressure and generous internal passage to help them to offer least possible pressure drop while pre-filling.
Due to low pressure drop, these valves also can handle much higher exhaust flow enabling rapid return of the cylinders.
For connectivity, it's A port is machined as per Port dimensions for Flanged connection ISO 6162.
The special cavity for the B port helps the user to mount these valves directly on the cylinders, thus further reducing the pressure drop in the line.
A hydraulic system having Prefill valve without decompression feature, must have an external arrangement of decompressing the oil in the cylinder, before the valve is opened.
Shuttle valve model SL06 are seat type valves.
The valve automatically connects its port P to either port A or port B, which ever is at higher pressure level.
Isolates port A and port B from each other.
Port P can be connected to tank only if port A and port B are connected to tank.
