Model 1R* is a Piston type self contained pumping element, supplied with its Suction valve , Delivery valve and a spring loaded piston as a single unit. It is basically meant for supplying small volume of lubricating oil under high pressure.For its working, the element must remain submerged in the oil all the time while pumping.

Reciprocating motion of the piston gives pumping action. The motion can be imparted either by a lever, a cam or a rocker arm.

Radially arranging a number of such elements around a bearing, which is mounted eccentrically on a rotating shaft and connecting all delivery port of the elements together will create a pump giving a continuous oil flow. Odd number of elements connected in such a manner will give smoother flow than even number.

There are seven types of pumping elements, each having different displacement and pressure rating.

Model 1R**** are small, low weight, rugged oil immersed type Radial Piston Pumps with 2, 3, 5 or 7 pumping elements. These pumps are valve controlled and have no restriction on direction of rotation. Pumps with model 1RE*** have extension shaft for through drive and are available with extension bracket assembly for coupling a low pressure pump having standard flange as per ISO 3019/1. Refer data sheet no. D 09090 for Extension Bracket details. These are available with 28 displacements and 7 pressure ratings.

These pumps give fixed output per revolution of the shaft.

Pumps model 1R2** are small , low weight , rugged oil immersed type Radial Piston Pumps. These pumps are valve controlled and there is no restriction on direction of rotation of the pump.

These are available with 7 displacements and 7 pressure ratings

These pumps give fixed output per revolution of the shaft.

Pumps model 1R3** are small , low weight , rugged oil immersed type Radial Piston Pumps. These pumps are valve controlled and there is no restriction on direction of rotation of the pump.

These are available with 7 displacements and 7 pressure ratings.

These pumps give fixed output per revolution of the shaft.

Model 1RC**** are small, low weight, rugged radial piston pumps with 2, 3, 5 or 7 pumping elements. These pumps are valve controlled and have no restriction on direction of rotation. These pumps can be submerged in oil or externally mounted above oil level.

Pumps with model code 1RCE*** have extension shaft for through drive and are available with extension bracket assembly for coupling a pump having standard flange as per ISO 3019/1. Refer data sheet no. D 09090 for Extension Bracket details.

Model 12R**** are rugged oil immersed type Radial Piston Double Pumps and have either 3, 5, 7 or 9 pumping elements in each section of the pump. These pumps are valve controlled therefore there no restriction on direction of rotation of the pump.

Pumps with model code 12RE*** have extension shaft for through drive and are available with extension bracket assembly for coupling a pump having standard flanges as per ISO 3019/2 (Ref. datasheet no. D 09090).
They are available with 12 displacements and 3 pressure ratings. Flows can be combined internally or externally to feed one circuit or can be used independently to feed two circuits

Each section of pumps give fixed output per revolution of the shaft.

Model 2RC**** are rugged Radial Piston Double Pumps with 3, 5 or 7 pumping elements in each section of the pump. These pumps are valve controlled and there is no restriction on direction of rotation of the pump.

These pumps can be submerged in oil or externally mounted above oil level.

Pumps with model code 2RCE*** have extension shaft for through drive and are available with extension bracket assembly for coupling a pump having standard flange as per ISO 3019/1.

They are available with 21 flow combination and 7 pressure ratings.
These pumps give fixed output per revolution of the shaft.
